Openings

  • Associate Project Architects at Fabric lead Qualtrics integrations for our clients. You will capture requirements, design solutions, and bring them to life. Part project manager, part data analyst, and part technologist, you put the pieces together and make it happen.

    What you will do

    • Become an expert in the Qualtrics platform

    • Design and build surveys, dashboards, and reports in Qualtrics

    • Answer questions and make recommendations for optimal use of the Qualtrics platform

    • Analyze data and summarize findings

    • Manage projects on time, within budget, and within scope

    • Ensure project quality meets Fabric’s standards and client objectives

    • Serve as the central point of contact for clients to ensure they have an exceptional experience with Fabric

    • Develop and deliver presentations, training, and documentation

    Who you are

    • A recent graduate, early in your career, or looking to pivot professionally

    • A background in computer science, data, psychology, research, and/or user experience

    • Fast learner, self-motivated, detail orientated, analytically minded, creative thinking, and curious

    • Familiar and/or enthusiastic about learning the Qualtrics platform

    • Familiar and/or enthusiastic about learning customer experience (CX)

    • Comfortable interacting and presenting to senior-level clients

    • An excellent communicator, problem-solver, and someone who can simply articulate complex concepts
