A little over three years ago, we quietly launched Fabric, a consulting firm dedicated to creating breakthrough customer and employee experiences.
Fabric was born out of the need to bridge the gap between what organizations do and what customers expect. Today’s business environment is complex and requires a seamless integration of insights, technology, empathy, and meaningful interactions. We saw this coming and recognized that companies needed a partner to help them achieve this in a way no one else could.
There are many advertising agencies, software companies and consultancies who claim to offer similar solutions, but their approaches often fall dramatically short. Advertising agencies have rebranded themselves as experience agencies but in reality, they continue to focus on marketing campaigns. Software platforms build amazing tools, but we all know that technology alone is never the solution. And while large consulting firms claim expertise in this space, they often spread themselves too thin, offering a broad array of services—from customer experience to tax planning. The reality is, none of these options deliver the focused expertise needed to drive real transformation. We often have clients say to us, “I didn’t know there were companies like yours out there.” We smile and say, “There aren’t”.
